If you’re anything like me you’re a busy nurse whose seen way more night shifts than anyone in their life ever should and you’re dreaming of what else you could do to give yourself more freedom, flexibility and fulfillment.
Imagine a future where you’re not haggling over time off, enduring night shifts and being on call - missing out on important family moments or much needed self care... Where you can set your own schedule and work comfortably from home and treat patients holistically in a way that better aligns to your values and the quality of care you desperately seek to provide those in need.
I know the struggle. I worked for years as a Labor & Delivery, NICU, Periop, home health, and Travel RN.
Over time I began to feel like my life was out of balance so I started to search for ways to bring more flexibility into my life, more time for self care.
Goodness what I’d give to just be able to go to the gym consistently and have the energy to cook a healthy meal or spend more quality time with my family and friends.
But I struggled with finding the time and energy after giving so much of myself all day long.
The path I found that led me to the time-freedom I craved, with flexibility over my own life and a renewed passion for serving others... was online coaching. As a coach I would still be able to use my nursing knowledge and experience that I'd invested so much in over the years so it didn't all go to waste, and use it to provide care that I could really feel good about.
Over the course of my entrepreneurial journey into the online coaching world I’ve learned what it really takes to create a business that’s meaningful while meeting my own needs as well.
I’ve seen too many fellow nurses struggle to get things going when transitioning to coaching and end up stuck in perpetual “startup” mode never actually able to launch their business and start serving clients.
I’m here to help.
I figured it all out (the hard way!) so YOU don’t have to!
And now I use what took me years to learn (not to mention, a whole lotta cash) to help nurses identify their vision (and their why!) for their future and then outline the exact yellow-brick road and every stop along the way that takes them from overworked and stressed to living a life of their dreams in a fraction of the time and with none of the hassle that I went through
